Join women and girls of all ages and fitness levels to walk or run the 5K (3.1 miles) for a healthy, festive start to the holiday. A distinct camaraderie and sense of mutual support sets this race apart.

Lots of extras: women’s cut T-shirts, charming pendants for all finishers, generous awards, fabulous door prizes, chocolate brownies, and our famous decorated port-a-pots.

This is a fun event with a serious purpose: to inform, motivate, and inspire women to exercise for better health. A portion of race fees will benefit the American Heart Association.

Baby strollers welcome (walk only) on the wide, well-paved streets in Corporate Woods.

Bring the family to cheer you on!  Dads and kids can visit the Family Fun Zone during the race and join you for great food at the Finish Line.

For a fun way to honor our mothers, we like to place our favorite "momisms" (quotes from mom) on signs along the course. Email us your favorite "momisms", and we'll include as many as we can on signs along the course.

USATF certified 5K (3.1 mile) course.

Awards for the top three overall, top masters (age 40+),
and three deep in five-year age groups.
